Georgina Melone, a lead futurist in the toy industry and Founder of Big Rock Studio

Georgina Melone grew up in a Portuguese-Italian-American home playing with cardboard boxes, steak knives, bungee cords, and siblings. As Georgina grew up, she could not abandon play. So, she attended the Rhode Island School of Design and became a puppeteer and, later, a toy designer.

She is currently the Lead Futurist for Hasbro, where her quest to create has permitted her, over the past 25 years, to play with many innovative ideas, throughout many lands, with very interesting peoples.
