In partnership with Steve Hicker from DreamWorks Animation, and Larry Littlebird, Founder of Hamaatsa, The CREO Institute co-led a workshop in breathtaking Santa Fe, New Mexico on August 26-28, 2011.

The first and third day of the workshop took place in the historic environment of the La Fonda Hotel in the downtown plaza area of Santa Fe. We spent the second day of the workshop in the beautiful New Mexico desert at Hamaatsa, participating in a Storyworker's Camp with Larry Littlebird. Hamaatsa is an indigenous continuum learning center and demonstration site located on 320-acres of environmentally protected aboriginal lands in the foothills of the Ortiz Mountains, between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

In the inspirational setting of Santa Fe and the high desert, the workshop provided the space and time for participants to reconnect with themselves and others, clarify their personal and creative aspirations, and develop a deeper awareness of their creative potential, challenges, and strengths.
